A light source 22 shines a pulsed radiation light L1 that changes intensity over time. An image sensor 24 measures a reflected light L2 from an object in two consecutive exposures. On the basis of image sensor 24 outputs I1, I2 obtained through the two exposures, a calculation unit 30 incorporates the waveform of the radiation light L1 and generates a range image I3.

    光源(22)照射强度呈时间性变化的脉冲状的照射光(L1)。图像传感器(24)通过连续的两次曝光,测量来自物体的反射光(L2)。运算部(30)基于由两次曝光所得到的图像传感器(24)的输出(I1、I2),编入照射光(L1)的波形,生成距离图像(I3)。
