A boundary between a circumferential surface portion (43a) and the dividing wall portion (43b) comprises a one-side boundary portion (44) formed to face the one-side space, and an other-side boundary portion (45) formed to face the other-side space (A2). At least one of the one-side boundary portion (44) and the other-side boundary portion (45) is formed in a curved shape extending in the circumferential direction of a rotating shaft (32a).
