The invention relates to a fast networking multi-agent environment monitoring system, and belongs to the technical field of environment monitoring. The environment monitoring system comprises a ground station computer, an unmanned aerial vehicle, an unmanned ship and a drifting bottle. The unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned ship and the drifting bottle are all provided with Beidou satellite positioning modules; the unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with a shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle power supply device, and the ground station computer, the unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned ship and the drifting bottle communicate in a networking mode. The problems of high manual detection cost and high difficulty in the environment detection process are solved, and the defects that existing detection equipment is small in detection range, single in detection data, poor in real-time performance, lack of big data analysis, lack of emergency capacity for coping with emergencies and the like are overcome.
