A magnetic suspension hollow wheel shaft motor comprises a motor body, an outer motor cover, a stator, a rotor, an inner motor cover, a wheel shaft, an outer bearing, an inner bearing, a motor shell and a controller. The stator, the rotor, the inner motor cover, the wheel shaft and the inner bearing are arranged in the motor body, and the motor shell is arranged on the outer surface; the controller is arranged in a cab and connected with the stator coil and the power supply. And the outer wall of the outer motor cover shaft sleeve is fixed with the vehicle body. The rotor is arranged on the outer surface; the inner cover and the inner bearing are arranged at the inner end; the outer cover and the outer bearing are arranged at the outer end; and the outer top end is fixed with the wheel. The stator is arranged at the middle position in the motor body, the inner end is provided with the inner motor cover, the outer end is provided with the outer motor cover, the inner side is provided with the rotor, and the outer side is provided with the motor shell; the stator slots are transversely and annularly arranged on the outer surface of the stator, the rotor is arranged in the stator, a stator magnetic field and a rotor magnetic field are always kept at 90 degrees, the electric energy conversion efficiency is higher, and the friction resistance of the bearing is reduced by a magnetic suspension function. Meanwhile, a position sensor and a commutator are omitted, the structure is simpler, the size is smaller, and the weight is lighter.

    磁悬浮空心轮轴电机包含机体,外机盖,定子,转子,内机盖,轮轴,外轴承,内轴承,机壳,控制器;机体两端设外机盖,其内设定子、转子、内机盖、轮轴、内轴承,外表面设机壳;控制器设在驾驶室,与定子线圈和电源连接。外机盖轴套内设外轴承,外机盖轴套外壁与车体固定。轮轴设在机体中心,外表面设转子,内端设内机盖、内轴承,外端设外机盖、外轴承,外顶端与车轮固定。定子设在机体内中间位置,内端设内机盖,外端设外机盖,内侧设转子,外侧设机壳;定子槽数个横向环形设在定子外表面,定子内设转子,定子磁场与转子磁场始终保持90°,电能转化效率更高,磁悬浮功能减轻了轴承的摩擦阻力。同时省去了位置感应器和换向器,结构更简单,体积更小,重量更轻。
