The invention discloses a distributed driving high-voltage interlocking method and a circuit thereof. Two PDUs are arranged to provide independent power supply lines for MCUs of two hub motors in the front of a vehicle and two hub motors in the rear of the vehicle respectively; when the whole vehicle is started, a BMS obtains low-voltage signals in the PDU through a sensor and is used for detecting whether a high-voltage interface in the PDU is in a physical connection state or not, and if part of the high-voltage interface is not connected, the starting fails, and an alarm is given out. According to the invention, the fault point in the high-voltage loop can be accurately positioned, the troubleshooting time is shortened, and the stability and safety of high-voltage operation are further improved.
本发明公开了一种分布式驱动的高压互锁方法及其电路,通过设置两个PDU分别为车辆前方的两台轮毂电机的MCU以及车辆后方的两台轮毂电机提供独立的供电线路;在整车启动时,BMS利用传感器获取PDU中低压信号,用于检测PDU中高压接口是否处于物理接通状态,若有部分未能接通则启动失败并发出告警。本发明可以对高压回路中的故障点进行精确定位,缩短排查时间,进一步提升高压运行的稳定性和安全性。
