The multiple cross beams are evenly arranged in the longitudinal direction of the main beam, and the two ends of each cross beams are fixed to the bottoms of the side plates. Two mounting plates are independently and detachably arranged between the bottoms of the adjacent cross beams, differential driving suspensions are mounted at the bottoms of the mounting plates, and a plurality of driven suspensions are arranged at the bottom of the main beam. An energy supply mechanism is arranged at the tops of the cross beams. Modular design is adopted, the differential driving suspensions are independently and detachably installed between the adjacent cross beams through the mounting plates, and the mounting space of the bottom of a vehicle body is fully utilized. 本发明公开一种超重型电驱AGV,包括主车架,所述主车架包括四块侧板、主梁和数个横梁,四块所述侧板首尾相连且相邻所述侧板相互垂直,所述主梁位于两块相对的侧板之间;数个所述横梁沿主梁纵向均匀布置,所述横梁的两端与侧板底部固定;相邻所述横梁底部之间均独立可拆卸设有两个安装板,所述安装板底部均安装有差速驱动悬挂,所述主梁底部设有数个从动悬挂;所述横梁顶部设有供能机构;本发明采用模块化设计,通过安装板将差速驱动悬挂独立可拆卸式的安装在相邻横梁之间,充分利用了车身底部的安装空间;由于每个差速驱动悬挂均是独立可拆卸式安装的,便于对车身底部任一位置的差速驱动悬挂进行检修、更换,提高了检修效率。
