The invention discloses an anti-falling electric hoist, and relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment. The anti-falling electric hoist specifically comprises a shell rack, a barrel, a speed reducer, a driving motor and a walking assembly are installed in the shell rack, a winding drum is rotationally installed in the barrel, a lifting rope is wound around the outer side of the winding drum, the winding drum and the driving motor are in transmission connection through the speed reducer, and limiting discs are installed on the two sides of the winding drum correspondingly; and two mounting grooves are formed in the outer side of the barrel. According to the anti-falling electric hoist, a braking assembly makes contact with the surface of a limiting disc for friction braking, the limiting disc and the winding drum are locked and braked, danger caused by continuous descending of goods is effectively avoided, secondly, a lifting rope detection assembly is attached to the surface of the lifting rope in the operation process of the electric hoist, the winding process of the lifting rope is monitored, braking is conducted in time when the lifting rope is dislocated. The knotting phenomenon in the lifting rope winding and unwinding process is avoided, and the using stability and safety of the electric hoist are improved.

    本发明中公开了一种防脱落电动葫芦,涉及吊装设备技术领域;具体包括壳体机架,所述壳体机架的内部安装有筒体、减速器、驱动电机和行走组件,所述筒体的内部转动安装有卷筒,且卷筒的外侧卷绕有起吊绳,所述卷筒和驱动电机之间通过减速器传动连接,所述卷筒的两侧均安装有限位盘,所述筒体的外侧设置有两个安装槽。本发明中制动组件与限位盘表面接触摩擦制动,将限位盘、卷筒进行抱死制动,有效避免货物持续下降造成危险,其次,电动葫芦运行过程中起吊绳检测组件贴合起吊绳表面,对起吊绳的收卷过程进行监控,出现起吊绳错位时及时制动,避免起吊绳收放过程中出现打结现象,提高电动葫芦使用的稳定性和安全性。
