The invention discloses an aircraft engine reverse thrust supporting tool and an engine non-in-place traction method. The supporting tool comprises a supporting assembly which comprises a front supporting disc, a rear supporting disc and a supporting frame connected with the front supporting disc and the rear supporting disc; the supporting tool further comprises a movable bottom frame, the movable bottom frame comprises a bottom frame, a jacking mechanism is installed on the lower portion of the bottom frame, and trundles are installed at the bottom of the bottom frame. The supporting tool further comprises a lifting bracket, the lifting bracket comprises a bracket frame matching the supporting frame of the supporting assembly, the bracket frame is provided with a concave portion capable of containing the supporting frame in an embedded mode, the lifting bracket is placed on the movable bottom frame, and the lifting bracket is controlled to ascend and descend through the jacking mechanism. When the engine is not in place, the working efficiency of aircraft traction can be improved, and the maintenance risk of an aircraft is reduced.
