The totally-closed sand accumulation prevention steel springboard comprises a steel springboard body, and the two sides of the steel springboard body are each provided with a hollow square pipe defined by a hot-dip galvanized plate; first reinforcing ribs are arranged on the outer side surfaces of the square pipes; arc-shaped second reinforcing ribs are arranged at the bottoms of the square pipes; anti-skid rubber strips are mounted in the second reinforcing ribs; and the hot-dip galvanized plate on the inner side face of the square pipe is arranged to be in an inclined L shape and makes contact with the back face of the steel springboard body. The hollow square pipes are formed by enclosing the two sides of the steel springboard body through the hot-dip galvanized plates, and the end sealing plates are welded to the two side faces of the steel springboard body and located at the outer ends of the square pipes, so that the problems that in the prior art, dust generated on the two side faces of the reinforcing ribs at the bottom of the steel springboard body and on the inner sides of the frames is difficult to treat, and dust can be blown to a ship plate of a ship body during actual operation , so that the corrosion resistance of the ship plate is affected are effectively solved. The dust on the steel springboard can be easily cleaned, and the corrosion resistance of the ship plate is not affected .

    本发明公开了一种全封闭防积砂钢跳板,包括钢跳板板体,钢跳板板体两侧均通过热镀锌板材围成中空的方管;方管的外侧面均设置有第一加强筋;方管的底部均设置有圆弧状第二加强筋;第二加强筋内安装有防滑胶条;方管的内侧面的热镀锌板材设置为倾斜的“L”形并与钢跳板板体背面接触。由于采用了钢跳板板体两侧均通过热镀锌板材围成中空的方管,钢跳板板体两侧面且位于方管外端焊接有封头板,所以,有效解决了现有技术中板体底部的加强筋两侧面以及边框内侧产生的灰尘很难处理,在实际作业时,灰尘会被吹到船体的船板上,进而会影响船板的耐腐性能的技术问题,进而实现了钢跳板上的灰尘很容易被清理干净,不会影响船板的耐腐性能。
