The invention provides a traffic operation risk prevention and control method based on expressway bridge deck meteorological icing prediction. The traffic operation risk prevention and control method comprises the steps of expressway bridge deck meteorological data acquisition, expressway bridge deck icing prediction, expressway bridge deck traffic operation risk quantitative model establishment and expressway bridge deck traffic operation risk prevention and control countermeasure making. A meteorological data acquisition system is used for acquiring the meteorological condition of the expressway bridge deck and predicting icing of the bridge deck, a traffic risk quantitative model of the expressway bridge deck is established, the vehicle relative traffic safety index RDSI of the expressway bridge deck is calculated, and expressway traffic operation risk prevention and control countermeasures are formulated and displayed on the information board. According to the invention, through the real-time prediction of the freezing condition of the expressway bridge deck, the influence of each risk source on the traffic safety of the bridge deck is quantified, the real-time formulation of the traffic operation risk prevention and control countermeasure of the expressway bridge deck under different meteorological conditions is realized, the timeliness of traffic operation control is improved, and the occurrence rate of traffic accidents in bad weather is effectively reduced.

    本发明提供了一种基于高速公路桥面气象结冰预测的交通运行风险防控方法,包括高速公路桥面气象数据采集、高速公路桥面结冰预测、建立高速公路桥面交通运行风险量化模型和制定高速公路桥面交通运行风险防控对策,利用气象数据采集系统获取高速公路桥面气象情况并进行桥面结冰预测,建立高速公路桥面交通风险量化模型,计算高速公路桥面的车辆相对行车安全指数RDSI,制定高速公路交通运行风险防控对策并在信息板上显示。本发明通过对高速公路桥面结冰情况的实时预测,将各风险源对桥面行车安全的影响进行了量化,实现了对不同气象条件高速公路桥面交通运行风险防控对策的实时制定,提升了交通运行管控的时效性,有效降低了不良天气下交通事故的发生率。
