A meteorological data acquisition system is used for acquiring the meteorological condition of the expressway bridge deck and predicting icing of the bridge deck, a traffic risk quantitative model of the expressway bridge deck is established, the vehicle relative traffic safety index RDSI of the expressway bridge deck is calculated, and expressway traffic operation risk prevention and control countermeasures are formulated and displayed on the information board. According to the invention, through the real-time prediction of the freezing condition of the expressway bridge deck, the influence of each risk source on the traffic safety of the bridge deck is quantified, the real-time formulation of the traffic operation risk prevention and control countermeasure of the expressway bridge deck under different meteorological conditions is realized, the timeliness of traffic operation control is improved, and the occurrence rate of traffic accidents in bad weather is effectively reduced.
