The invention relates to a motion correction platform controlled by a microcomputer. The platform comprises a real-time capturing device which is disposed in front of a maintenance road section of a highway, is located right below a roadside flag-waving dummy used for reminding speed reduction, and is used for carrying out video collection on a driving environment in front of the maintenance road section so as to obtain each video picture corresponding to each acquisition moment at the uniform time interval; and a frequency adjusting mechanism which is connected with a dummy arm and used for adjusting the waving frequency of the dummy arm based on the received current driving speed of a nearest vehicle target. According to the invention, the driving speed of the nearest vehicle in front of the highway maintenance section can be analyzed in real time by adopting a dynamic video analysis mechanism, and the time and the waving frequency of the flag waving action of the roadside flag waving dummy in front of the highway maintenance section can be automatically corrected based on the analyzed driving speed. Therefore, the intelligent level of road management and control is improved.

    本发明涉及一种应用微机控制的动作修正平台,包括:即时捕获器件,设置在高速公路保养路段前方且位于用于提醒降速的路侧挥旗假人的正下方,用于对所述保养路段前方的行驶环境执行视频采集,以获得均匀时间间隔的各个采集时刻分别对应的各个视频画面;频率调节机构,与所述假人手臂连接,用于基于接收到的最近车辆目标的当前行驶速率调节所述假人手臂的挥动频率。通过本发明,能够采用动态视频分析机制对高速公路保养路段前方最近车辆的行驶速率进行实时解析,并基于解析到的行驶速率实现对高速公路保养路段前方的路侧挥旗假人执行挥动旗帜动作的时机和挥动频率进行自动修正,从而提升道路管控的智能化等级。
