The invention discloses a microwave read-write antenna dynamic switching method and device based on ETC and radar integration, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the speed V of a vehicle in a lane according to a radar, wherein the radar is disposed in a microwave read-write antenna; sending the vehicle speed V in the lane obtained according to the radar to a MCU of the microwave read-write antenna; and enabling the MCU to control the switching frequency of the microwave read-write antenna in the identification area of the microwave read-write antenna according to the received vehicle speed V. According to the technical scheme, the radar is arranged in the microwave read-write antenna, the driving speed of the vehicle in the lane is obtained according to the radar, the MCU adjusts the on-off state and duration of the microwave read-write antenna according to different vehicle speeds, and the problem that the power consumption of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag is increased due to long-time awakening of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag in a congestion or red light scene of the vehicle is solved; and the service life of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag can be prolonged.
