The invention discloses a fuel cell automobile cooling system and a temperature control method, belongs to the technical field of fuel cells, and solves the technical problems that a cooling system of a whole automobile is complex in structure, large in part number and high in manufacturing cost. The system comprises a cooling loop, a motor temperature control module, a fuel cell temperature control module and an intercooler, wherein cooling liquid circularly flows in the cooling loop; the motor temperature control module is arranged in the cooling loop in series and is used for transferring heat generated by the motor and the motor controller to the cooling liquid; the fuel cell temperature control module is arranged in the cooling loop in series and is used for transferring heat generated by the electric pile to the cooling liquid; an outlet of the motor temperature control module is connected with an inlet of the fuel cell temperature control module; the intercooler is connected with the fuel cell temperature control module in parallel, and an air outlet of the intercooler is connected with an air inlet of the fuel cell. The number of parts of the whole vehicle cooling system can be reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the fuel cell system and the motor system can be conveniently installed on the whole vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池汽车冷却系统及温度控制方法,属于燃料电池技术领域,解决了整车的冷却系统结构复杂、零件数量多、制造成本高的技术问题。系统包括冷却回路、电机温控模块、燃料电池温控模块和中冷器,冷却回路中循环流动有冷却液;电机温控模块串联设置在冷却回路中,用于将电机以及电机控制器产生的热量传递给冷却液;燃料电池温控模块串联设置在冷却回路中,用于将电堆产生的热量传递给冷却液;电机温控模块的出口与燃料电池温控模块的入口连接;中冷器与燃料电池温控模块并联,中冷器的出气口与燃料电池的进气口连接。本发明能减少整车冷却系统零件数量、降低制造成本,有利于燃料电池系统及电机系统在整车上的安装布置。
