The invention discloses an aircraft intelligent tracking system and method; the system comprises a panoramic video collection module which is used for collecting panoramic video data of a whole airport scene; a tower ball machine which is used for tracking after an aircraft lands and slides or before the aircraft takes off and slides; an algorithm and business server which is used for carrying out target identification on the panoramic video data and controlling the tower ball machine to adjust the focal length and the rotation angle of the tower ball machine according to an identification result; a runway dome camera which is used for identifying and capturing a preset position picture after the aircraft does not land or takes off. Before an aircraft lands or after the aircraft takes off, the aircraft is automatically identified and captured through a preset position picture of a runway dome camera with a high-power focal length; and when the aircraft slides after landing or before taking off, a linkage effect is formed through the tower billiard dome camera and the panoramic video acquisition module to capture the aircraft. The method can replace a traditional method that a controller visually observes or uses a telescope to monitor the whole take-off and landing process of the aircraft, and the accuracy is high.

    本发明公开了一种航空器智能追踪系统及方法,系统包括全景视频采集模块,用于采集整个机场场面的全景视频数据;塔台球机,用于航空器着陆滑行后或起飞前滑行时的追踪。算法及业务服务器,用于对全景视频数据进行目标识别,并根据识别结果控制塔台球机调节自身焦距和旋转角度;跑道球机,用于在航空器未降落或起飞之后的预置位画面的识别捕捉。在航空器降落之前或起飞之后,通过带有高倍焦距的跑道球型摄像机的预置位画面进行自动识别捕捉;在航空器着陆滑行后或起飞前滑行时,通过塔台球机和全景视频采集模块形成联动效应实现航空器的捕捉。本发明可替代传统管制员目视或使用望远镜的方法来监视航空器起飞和降落的全过程,且准确率高。
