The invention discloses a swing type electronic throttle sensor which structurally comprises a magnetic base, a spring, a main machine, a clamping plate and a bearing. The clamping plate is arranged on the magnetic base, the magnetic base is rotationally matched with the main machine through the bearing, and the spring is connected to the main machine. The clamping plate comprises a buffering assisting assembly, a main baffle, a pressing strip and side frames. The buffering assisting assembly is installed between the side frames. The side frames are connected to the main baffle through pressing strips. The bearing is arranged in the main baffle in a running fit mode. The buffering assisting assembly is provided with a retarded elasticity device and a limiting structure. The retarded elasticity device and the limiting structure are matched under a pause pocket, so that when the clamping plate impacts along with the main machine to press the distance between the magnetic base and the main machine, the clamping plate makes contact with the pause pocket firstly, the spiral shape of the pause pocket and the upright support of the retarded elasticity device borrow force from each other, and disperse and resist the impact from the main machine together.
本发明公开了一种摇摆式电子油门传感器,其结构包括磁座、发条、主机、卡板、轴承,磁座上设置有卡板,且通过轴承转动配合有主机,主机上连接有发条,卡板包括助缓组件、主档板、压条、侧框,助缓组件安装在侧框之间,侧框通过压条连接在主档板上,主档板内转动配合有轴承,在助缓组件上设置有延弹装置和限位结构,利用延弹装置和限位结构在顿兜下相配合,当卡板随主机一起冲击来压合磁座与主机的间距时,将会率先接触到顿兜,使得顿兜向下囊括住限位结构内,将顿兜呈螺旋状与延弹装置的挺立支撑相互交叉借力,一同分散并抵抗来自主机的冲击。
