According to the intelligent grabbing equipment for port loading and unloading containers, the situation that loading and unloading of the containers are greatly influenced by environmental factors in heavy rainfall weather is avoided through the impact slow-release mechanisms and the shaking speed reduction mechanisms; and the rainwater impact and wind power blowing degree of the containers in the heavy rainfall weather is reduced in the modes of buffering rainwater impact and losing wind power kinetic energy.
