The invention relates to a device capable of reducing impact safety accidents of an engineering electric cart. The device comprises an impact circuit breaker and a release circuit breaker which are connected in series in a control loop for controlling start and stop of an electric cart, and a circuit break braking device electrically connected to the control loop; the impact circuit breaker comprises a travel switch and is arranged on a vehicle head, and an impact piece is arranged in front of the vehicle head; the release circuit breaker comprises a magnetic attraction switch, and the magnetic attraction switch is arranged at a handlebar. The circuit break brake device comprises a circuit break sensor, an electric instantaneous brake device and a standby power supply, the circuit break sensor is electrically connected to the control loop and arranged on the vehicle body, the electric instantaneous brake device is arranged on the driving wheel and is in signal connection with the circuit break sensor, and the standby power supply is electrically connected with the electric instantaneous brake device; hidden dangers caused by misoperation of the electric vehicle can be reduced.

    本发明涉及一种可降低工程电动推车撞击安全事故装置,包括:串联于控制电动推车启停的控制回路中的撞击断电器和脱手断路器;以及电连接于控制回路的断路刹停装置;撞击断电器包括行程开关,设置于车头,车头的前方设置有撞击件;脱手断路器包括磁吸开关,磁吸开关设于车把手处;断路刹停装置包括断路感应器、电动瞬时刹车装置以及备用电源,断路感应器电连接于控制回路并设于车体上,电动瞬时刹车装置设于驱动轮上并与断路感应器信号连接,备用电源电连接电动瞬时刹车装置;本发明能够减少电动车操作失误而发生的隐患。
