The invention provides an interlocking novel dual-computer switching system based on communication, which is characterized by comprising an I-system host, a II-system host, a synchronization module configured to be responsible for exchange and comparison of synchronous data between the I-system host and the II-system host, and send the main and standby states of the I-system host and the II-system host to a switching module, and the switching module configured to realize the main/standby switching of the I-system host and the II-system host based on the main/standby state sent by the synchronization module.
