The invention discloses a stepping type self-moving equipment train deviation adjusting and guiding device which comprises a sliding rail, a deviation adjusting lifting rack and a deviation adjusting mechanism. The sliding rail comprises two groove-shaped rails which are arranged in parallel, and transverse sleepers are evenly arranged between the two groove-shaped rails. Notches of the two groove-shaped rails face the two sides of the sliding rail respectively; a sliding block of the deviation adjusting mechanism is horizontally arranged on a sliding plate frame of the deviation adjusting lifting rack in a sliding mode. And a pulley of the deviation adjusting mechanism is clamped in a groove of the groove-shaped rail to walk. Compared with the prior art, the sliding rail deviation adjusting and guiding device is arranged at the front end of the sliding rail, the deviation phenomenon generated when the sliding rail is pushed is effectively controlled, and the sliding rail is controlled by the sliding rail deviation adjusting and guiding device to move in the specified center direction all the time. The special groove-shaped rail is tightly matched with the pulley, so that the friction force is small, and the train is prevented from derailing.

    本发明公开了一种步进式自移设备列车调偏导向装置,其包括滑轨、调偏升降机架和调偏机构;所述滑轨包括两根平行排列的槽型轨道,在两根所述槽型轨道之间均匀排列设有横枕;两根所述槽型轨道的槽口分别朝向所述滑轨两侧;在所述调偏升降机架的滑板架上水平滑动设有所述调偏机构的滑块;所述调偏机构的滑轮卡在所述槽型轨道的槽内行走。优点在于:与现有技术相比,在滑轨前端设置滑轨调偏导向装置,有效控制滑轨推进时产生跑偏现象,通过滑轨调偏导向装置控制滑轨始终在规定的中心方向移动。特殊的槽型轨道与滑轮紧密配合,具有摩擦力小,防止列车脱轨落道。
