The invention provides an online monitoring device for a battery system of an electric vehicle; the device comprises a monitoring box, a main circuit board and a display circuit board are installed in the monitoring box, and a temperature monitoring module, an electric quantity monitoring module, a charging monitoring module, a power utilization monitoring module and a signal processing module are installed on the main circuit board. The monitoring box is used for monitoring the temperature and the load degree of the battery when the battery works and is charged, the temperature monitoring module, the electric quantity monitoring module, the charging monitoring module and the power utilization monitoring module are all electrically connected with the signal processing module, the display circuit board is provided with a display, and the display is electrically connected with the signal processing module. The display is used for displaying the working temperature, the output and input power and the residual electric quantity of the battery, real-time monitoring and timely processing of the battery state are achieved, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种电动汽车电池系统在线监测装置,包括监测箱,所述监测箱内安装有主电路板与显示电路板,所述主电路板上安装有温度监测模块、电量监测模块、充电监测模块、用电监测模块、信号处理模块,所述用于监测电池工作与充电时电池的温度与负荷程度,所述温度监测模块、电量监测模块、充电监测模块、用电监测模块均与所述信号处理模块电性连接,显示电路板安装有显示器,所述显示器与所述信号处理模块电性连接,用于显示电池的工作温度、输出与输入功率、剩余电量,实现对电池状态的实时监控以及时处理,提高了电池的使用寿命。
