The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for improving the utilization rate of a charging pile and related equipment, which can improve the utilization efficiency of the charging pile and the user experience and reduce the economic loss of a charging pile operator. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring state information of a target charging pile and a target parking space being the position of the target charging pile; when determining that the state of the target parking space is that a vehicle exists and a target charging pile is in a charging state, uploading information of the target charging pile in the charging state to a dispatching center; judging whether the charging state of the target charging pile is a fully charged state or not; if so, uploading fully charged state information to the dispatching center, sending prompt information to a user terminal, the prompt information being information for notifying a user to move the vehicle; and when determining that the state of the target parking space is an idle state, sending information of the idle state to the dispatching center.

    本申请实施例公开了一种提高充电桩利用率的方法及相关设备,能够提高充电桩的利用效率以及用户的体验,减少充电桩运营商的经济损失。本申请包括:获取目标充电桩和目标车位的状态信息,所述目标车位为所述目标充电桩所在的位置;当确定所述目标车位的状态为有车且目标充电桩为在充电状态时,将所述目标充电桩在充电状态的信息上传至调度中心;判断所述目标充电桩的充电状态是否为充满电状态;若是,则将充满电的状态信息上传至所述调度中心并将提示信息发送至用户终端,所述提示信息为通知用户挪车的信息;当确定所述目标车位的状态为空闲状态时,将空闲状态的信息发送至所述调度中心。
