The invention discloses a fuel cell management method, device and equipment and a storage medium and belongs to the technical field of battery control. The fuel cell management method comprises the following steps: determining an environment state of automobile driving; acquiring driving parameters of the automobile; according to the environment state and the driving parameters, controlling a vehicle control unit to output a control signal; and changing the working state of a fuel cell and the working state of a hydrogen cylinder valve according to the control signal. According to the method, the working state of the fuel cell and the working state of the hydrogen cylinder valve can be effectively changed, so that the fuel cell stops working under the dangerous condition, hydrogen gathering can be reduced, and the probability of accidents in the automobile running process is reduced.
