A rear axle electric driving structure belongs to the technical field of rear axle driving devices and is characterized in that a differential left box body and a differential right box body are arranged at two ends of a transmission gear, a left output shaft is rotatably arranged between the differential left box body and a reduction gearbox cover, and a right output shaft is rotatably arranged between the differential right box body and a bearing seat; a differential gear set composed of a differential left gear and a differential right gear which are reversely installed and meshed is arranged in the transmission gear, a left shaft end gear is arranged at the inner end of the left output shaft and meshed with the differential left gear, and a right shaft end gear is arranged at the inner end of the right output shaft and meshed with the differential right gear. The technical scheme is novel in design and reasonable in conception, the transmission gear and the differential gear form a complete assembly, the differential part does not generate axial force, damage of vehicle turning to electric drive is avoided, steel cylindrical gears can be completely used, gear precision and mechanical strength are greatly improved, meshing is stable, the bearing capacity is high, the scale is improved, cost is effectively reduced. The structure is compact, space is effectively utilized, installation is convenient, and errors are effectively prevented.

    一种后桥电驱动结构,属于后桥驱动装置技术领域,传动齿轮两端设置差速器左箱体、差速器右箱体,差速器左箱体与减速箱盖之间转动设置左输出轴,差速器右箱体与轴承座之间转动设置右输出轴,传动齿轮内设置由反向安装并啮合的差速左齿轮、差速右齿轮构成的差速齿轮组,左输出轴内端设置左轴端齿轮与差速左齿轮啮合,右输出轴内端设置右轴端齿轮差速右齿轮啮合;本技术方案设计新颖、构思合理,传动齿轮及差动齿轮组成完整的组合体,差动部分不产生轴向力,避免车辆转弯对电驱动的损伤,可全部使用钢制圆柱齿轮,大幅提高齿轮精度、机械强度,啮合平稳、承载能力强,提升规模化,有效降低成本,结构紧凑、有效利用空间,且安装方便、有效防错。
