The invention provides a construction method for assembling an adjustable starting platform for pipe jacking construction. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, according to design parameter requirements, an installation axis is positioned, and two guide rails are welded to a plurality of pieces of cross beam square steel according to the calculated distance and are stacked together transversely and vertically; 2, a plurality of limiting devices are welded to the contact faces of the guide rails and the cross beam square steel, then jacks are installed in the limiting devices and abut against the bottom of the cross beam square steel, and the jacks are connected with a hydraulic pump station through oil conveying pipes; and 3, the jacks are adopted for rough adjustment, a level gauge is used in cooperation for monitoring, then fine adjustment is performed, the jacks at the two ends of the guide rail on one side are adjusted in the fine adjustment process, the jacks at the two ends of the guide rail on the other side are adjusted after the design elevation is reached, and the remaining jacks are lifted to the existing height after the design elevation is reached. The method can be applied to all operations using the starting platform for jacking construction, the machining period of the original starting platform can be shortened, the construction precision is improved, and follow-up construction is adjusted.

    一种顶管施工的可调节始发平台组装的施工方法,包括以下步骤:1、根据设计参数要求,定位安装轴线,将两条导轨按照计算距离焊接到多根横梁方钢上且横竖叠加在一起;2、将多个限位装置与导轨及横梁方钢接触面焊接,然后将千斤顶装入限位装置内且顶在横梁方钢底部,再通过输油管将千斤顶与液压泵站连接;3、利用千斤顶进行粗调,配合水准仪进行监测,然后进行微调,在微调过程中先调节一侧导轨的两端千斤顶,待到达设计标高后再进行另一侧导轨两端的千斤顶调节,均达到设计标高后将剩余千斤顶升至既有高度。本发明能应用于所有使用始发平台进行顶进施工的作业,可缩短原始始发平台的加工周期、提高施工精度、调整后续施工。
