The invention discloses a self-propelled scissor aerial work platform weight measuring system, relates to the technical field of aerial work platforms, and solves the problem that the viscosity of hydraulic oil used in an aerial work platform hydraulic system is greatly influenced by temperature, and thus obtained pressure values are inaccurate. In the system, a lifting platform is connected with four fulcrums formed by four sliding blocks at the top end of a scissor arm and pressure sensors; detected numerical values are converted into voltage signals through the pressure sensors, the voltage signals are transmitted to a transmitter through a concentrator, and the transmitter comprehensively processes and amplifies the received voltage signals; and an ECU is used for performing program analysis on real-time data transmitted by the transmitter and transmitting obtained weight data to a display screen for real-time display. The system can work at the temperature of -20 DEG C, so that weight measurement is more accurate and stable; and meanwhile, when the weight data exceeds a weight threshold value, an alarm device gives an alarm to remind a worker to reduce the weight in time, so that the use safety of the lifting platform is improved.

    本发明公开了自行式剪叉高空作业平台测重系统,涉及高空作业平台技术领域,解决了高空作业平台液压系统中用到的液压油其粘度受到温度影响较大,得到的压力值不准确的问题;本发明中升降平台分别与剪叉臂顶端的四个滑块和压力传感器组成的四个支点相连接;通过压力传感器将检测到的数值转变成电压信号通过集线器传输至变送器,变送器将接受到的电压信号进行综合处理、放大;ECU用于将变送器传输的实时数据进行程序分析,并将得到的重量数据传输至显示屏实时显示;该系统可以工作在‑20℃,使得测重更精准稳定;同时当重量数据超过重量阈值时,报警器发出警报,提醒工作人员及时减轻重量,提高了升降平台使用的安全性。
