The invention relates to a rail train axle temperature zero-carbon sensing device which is fixed to the axle end of a train in a suspended mode through a mounting support. The device comprises a temperature acquisition and sending module, and a first-layer power generation structure, a second-layer power generation structure and a third-layer power generation structure which are arranged in order from top to bottom, the first-layer power generation structure is used for generating electric energy by cutting magnetic induction lines through an induction coil and generating electric energy according to the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics to supply power to the device, the second-layer power generation structure is fixedly connected with the first-layer power generation structure through a buckle and used for generating electric energy by cutting magnetic induction lines through the induction coil and generating electric energy according to the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics to supply power to the device, the third-layer power generation structure is fixedly connected to the second-layer power generation structure by bolts, and generates electric energy through the piezoelectric effect of a piezoelectric ceramic film installed on an installation support. Compared with the prior art, the sensing device has the advantages of no need of external power supply, convenient disassembly and assembly, compact structure, convenient test and the like.
