The invention belongs to the technical field of diesel-electric hybrid vehicle heat dissipation, and particularly relates to a wide-temperature-range vehicle-mounted heat dissipation system. The system comprises three cooling liquid circulation loops of a high-temperature ring, a low-temperature ring and a refrigeration ring, circulation of cooling liquid in each loop is completed through an independent water pump, the cooling liquid in each loop is relatively independent, and the cooling air side shares an electrically driven cooling fan; the condenser of the refrigeration ring is arranged in parallel with the conventional radiator, and then is connected in series with the low-temperature radiator of the low-temperature ring and the high-temperature radiator of the high-temperature ring; and cooling air in the system firstly flows through the conventional radiator and the condenser, then flows through the low-temperature radiator and the high-temperature radiator, and finally is exhausted through the cooling fan. The high-temperature ring, the low-temperature ring and the refrigeration ring are independently provided with expansion water tanks used for balancing system water side pressure and system exhausting and water supplementing. Compared with traditional heat dissipation systems, the system of the invention can meet the heat dissipation requirements of multiple heat dissipation sources, multiple temperature targets and a wide temperature range of the diesel-electric hybrid vehicle.

    本发明属于柴电混动车辆散热技术领域,具体涉及一种宽温域的车载散热系统,其包括:高温环、低温环和制冷环三条冷却液循环环路,每条环路由独立的水泵来完成冷却液的循环,且各个环路冷却液相对独立,冷却空气侧共用一个电驱动的冷却风扇;其中,制冷环的冷凝器与常规散热器并置,再与低温环的低温散热器和高温环的高温散热器串联布置;系统内的冷却空气先流经常规散热器与冷凝器,然后再流经低温散热器和高温散热器,最后通过冷却风扇排出。高温环、低温环和制冷环单独配置膨胀水箱,用于平衡系统水侧压力和系统排气、补水。与传统散热系统相比,本发明技术方案可满足柴电混动车辆多散热源、多温度目标、宽温域的散热需求。
