According to the invention, the thermistor (PTC) is controlled in advance to preheat the battery in the using process of the new energy automobile, when the automobile arrives at the direct current charging pile, the battery core temperature of the battery reaches the normal working temperature, and the charging time of direct current fast charging can be effectively shortened.
