The invention relates to an environment-friendly power generation device based on ocean current and wind power. An output shaft of a first generator on the top of a top placement plate of a floating plate is connected to a plurality of wind power blades, a supporting column is longitudinally and fixedly connected to the interior of a shell on the top of a bottom plate in a through hole of the floating plate, and a plurality of fan blades are arranged on the outer wall of a rotating shaft in the supporting column at equal intervals; an output shaft of a second generator in the supporting column is meshed with a first gear on the outer wall of the rotating shaft through a driving gear, and a fourth bevel gear is fixedly connected to the end, away from the fan blades, of the rotating shaft; a first rotating rod is rotationally connected to the top of the bottom plate, and the top end of the first rotating rod is meshed with the fourth bevel gear through a driven bevel gear; the outer wall of the first rotating rod is fixedly sleeved with a second gear and a third gear, and the top of the floating plate is provided with four sets of lifting assemblies used for lifting the bottom plate; and the bottom plate is internally provided with two sets of fixing assemblies used for fixing the bottom plate and the seabed. The problems that an existing power generation device is inconvenient to fix and cannot move according to conditions, and ocean currents and wind energy cannot be fully utilized are solved.

    本发明涉及一种基于海流和风力的环保型发电装置,浮板顶部放置板顶部第一发电机的输出轴连接多个风力叶片,浮板通孔内底板顶部外壳内呈纵向固定连接有支柱,支柱内转动轴的外壁等距排布有多个扇叶,支柱内第二发电机的输出轴通过主动齿轮与转动轴外壁的第一齿轮相啮合,转动轴远离扇叶的一端固定连接有第四伞齿轮,底板的顶部转动连接有第一转动杆,且第一转动杆的顶端通过从动伞齿轮与第四伞齿轮相啮合,第一转动杆的外壁固定套设有第二齿轮和第三齿轮,浮板的顶部设有四组用于使底板进行升降的升降组件,底板内设有两组将底板与海底进行固定的固定组件;解决现有发电装置不方便固定,不能根据情况移动,无法充分利用海流、风能的问题。
