The invention discloses a slat inclination monitoring method and device, and belongs to the technical field of aviation. A control unit receives first displacement information sent by each stay wire type sensor assembly and each first inclination sensor group, and the first displacement information is used for indicating the displacement amount generated by the outer slat group; and whether the aircraft has an outer slat inclination fault or not is determined according to the first displacement information. The problem that the inclination faults of multiple slats cannot be effectively monitored is solved, and the method is used for monitoring the inclination faults of the slats.
