The invention provides a universal method for forming water-entering cavitation bubbles on the surfaces of cylinders with different wettability, further regulating and controlling the form of underwater bubbles and finally realizing underwater drag reduction. A bionic technology and an air film drag reduction technology are combined, the underwater drag reduction efficiency is effectively improved, and the manufacturing cost and the maintenance cost are relatively low; and the adopted raw materials are non-toxic and radiation-free, and have no adverse effect on the environment.

    本发明提供一种通用的,在不同浸润性圆柱体表面形成入水空泡,进一步调控水下气泡的形态,最终实现水下减阻的方法;将仿生技术与气膜减阻技术相结合,有效地提高水下减阻效率,制作成本和维护成本相对低廉;采用的原料均无毒无放射作用,不会对环境产生不良作用。
