The meshing holes with the cycloid meshing profiles are formed in the chain plate blocks, the driving wheels with the cycloid profile gear teeth are adopted, and the gear teeth of the driving wheels and the crawler belt have contact points at any moment through cycloid meshing of the driving wheels and the crawler belt; therefore, the problem that the gear teeth collide and strike the meshing holes when the crawler belt and the driving wheel are started and stopped is avoided, running stability is guaranteed, in addition, contact points of the driving wheel and the crawler belt are distributed on the two sides of the chain plate block, the length of a force arm of torque borne by the chain plate block when the chain plate block presses the protrusions is effectively reduced, the situation that the chain plate block is broken is avoided, and the pin shafts which are easier to replace and lower in abrasion speed are adopted, and thus the crawler belt which is accidentally broken or aged is easier to replace and maintain.
本发明涉及履带技术,用于解决履带启停时驱动轮的轮齿碰撞履带啮合孔以及履带容易断裂且不易更换的问题,具体为摆线轮廓啮合履带组件;本发明中在链板块上开设摆线啮合轮廓的啮合孔,并采用同样具有摆线轮廓轮齿的驱动轮,通过驱动轮与履带的摆线啮合,实现在任一时刻,驱动轮的轮齿均与履带具有接触点,从而在履带与驱动轮启停时不会出现轮齿碰撞击打啮合孔的问题,保证了行驶的平稳性,另外,通过将驱动轮与履带的接触点分布在链板块的两侧,有效的减小了链板块在压到凸起时受到的扭矩的力臂长度,避免了链板块断裂的情况发生,又采取了更易更换且磨损速度更低的销轴,使得意外断裂或老化后的履带更易于更换维修。
