According to the present invention, an ESC 33 distributes a braking force such that the distribution of the braking force to rear wheels increases as the speed of a vehicle due to braking decreases and the vehicle can be stopped and held by the braking force applied to the rear wheels when the vehicle is stopped. A second ECU drives a parking mechanism and holds the braking force in a state in which the vehicle is stopped and held by the braking force applied to the rear wheels.
