The invention provides a portal frame for building demolition and a demolition method. The portal frame for building demolition comprises a cross beam, wherein adjustable supporting legs are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam, walking wheels are arranged at the bottoms of the adjustable supporting legs, an electric hoist is connected to the cross beam in a sliding mode, each adjustable supporting leg comprises an adjusting mechanism, and each adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the cross beam, so that the cross beam is parallel to a hoisted component. According to the portal frame for building demolition, adjustable supporting legs with the walking wheels are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam, the position of the whole portal frame is conveniently adjusted, the adjusting mechanisms are arranged on the adjustable supporting legs, it can be guaranteed that the cross beam is parallel to a hoisted component, and therefore the stress direction is controlled; and the overall structure is simple and suitable for the operation environment where the space is small and operation cannot be conducted through conventional lifting equipment, the building dismounting process is stable, efficiency is high, and the construction cost can be greatly saved.

    本发明提供一种建筑物拆除用龙门架及拆除方法,其中,建筑物拆除用龙门架,包括:横梁、所述横梁两端设置有可调支腿,所述可调支腿的底部设置有行走轮,所述横梁上可滑动连接有电动葫芦,所述可调支腿包括调节机构,所述调节机构用于调整所述横梁,使所述横梁与被起吊构件平行。本发明提供的建筑物拆除用龙门架,通过在横梁两端设置带有行走轮的可调支腿,便于整个龙门架调整位置,通过在可调支腿上设置调节机构,可以保证横梁与被起吊构件平行,从而控制受力方向,整体结构简单适用于空间较小以及采用常规起吊设备无法进行作业的操作环境,建筑物拆卸过程稳定,效率高,能大大节约施工成本。
