The invention discloses a cross-medium unmanned aerial vehicle based on tiltable ducted propellers, and belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, the cross-medium unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fuselage and a pair of wings symmetrically mounted on two sides of the fuselage, and the tiltable ducted propellers are mounted at wingtips of the wings; the tiltable ducted propeller at least comprises a horizontal propelling position capable of generating advancing thrust, a lifting propelling position capable of generating lifting force and a tilting position which is located between the horizontal propelling position and the lifting propelling position and can generate advancing thrust and lifting at the same time. A balancing propeller for balancing the lift force is also mounted on the top surface of the fuselage; and a tail vane and a rudder are further mounted at the tail of the fuselage. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, by controlling the angle rotation of the tiltable ducted propellers, the unmanned aerial vehicle can complete maneuvering actions such as underwater submerging, water-out takeoff, hovering and air cruising, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle has strong survivability and task ability and has wide application fields.
