The single-chip microcomputer can be protected by arranging the protection structure, the single-chip microcomputer is placed at the top ends of the mounting columns before use, then the bolts penetrate through the interior of the single-chip microcomputer and are fixed to the mounting columns, when a vehicle bumps, the single-chip microcomputer downwards presses the buffer springs, the buffer springs are stressed to be compressed inwards, then the buffer springs expand to push the single-chip microcomputer back to the original position, and the received force is consumed, so that the influence on the single-chip microcomputer can be greatly reduced, and the single-chip microcomputer is protected.
本发明公开了一种车辆碰撞用预警报警装置,包括安装板、固定壳和雷达,安装板顶端的四周均固定有安装结构,雷达的一侧固定有单片机,防护结构包括螺栓、缓冲弹簧和安装柱,螺栓均贯穿于单片机内部的四周,螺栓的外部设置有缓冲弹簧,且缓冲弹簧的底端固定有安装柱,安装柱的底端与固定壳固定连接。本发明通过设置有防护结构可对单片机进行防护,在进行使用前将单片机放置到安装柱的顶端,接着将螺栓穿过单片机的内部并与安装柱之间固定住,当车辆遇到颠簸时单片机向下压动缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧受力向内部压缩,接着缓冲弹簧膨胀将单片机回推至原位置,将受到的力进行消耗,可大幅度减少单片机受到的影响,实现了对单片机进行防护。
