The invention discloses an air conditioner control system for a new energy commercial vehicle. The system is characterized by comprising an air conditioner box assembly, a PDU (Power Distribution Unit), an air conditioner compressor, an air conditioner PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), a vehicle control unit, an AC (Alternating Current) switch, a refrigerant pressure switch, a PTC temperature controller, an air conditioner relay K1, an air conditioner relay K2, an air conditioner relay K3 and a PTC key switch. The vehicle control unit is used for receiving enable signals of the air conditioner PTC and the air conditioner compressor. And the air conditioner box assembly receives the indication of the knob, controls the rotating speed of a blast electric appliance and supplies power to the AC switch. The AC switch is connected in series with the sensor of an air conditioner evaporating dish temperature controller, and when the AC switch is closed, the air conditioner evaporating dish temperature controller detects the temperature of the evaporating dish at the moment, so that the switch inside is in an on-off state. And one end of the coil end of the air conditioner relay K1 is connected with a temperature control signal output pin. Therefore, according to the air conditioner control system of the new energy commercial vehicle, unique output of refrigeration and heating mode enabling can be achieved without a controller.

    本发明公开了一种新能源商务用车的空调控制系统,其特征在于,包括:空调箱总成、PDU、空调压缩机、空调PTC、整车控制器、AC开关、制冷剂压力开关、PTC温控器、空调继电器K1、空调继电器K2、空调继电器K3及PTC按键开关。整车控制器用以接收空调PTC与空调压缩机的使能信号。空调箱总成接收旋钮指示,控制鼓风电器转速,并同时给AC开关供电。AC开关与空调蒸发皿温控器的传感器串联,当AC开关闭合时,空调蒸发皿温控器检测蒸发皿此刻温度,使其内部开关体现通断两种状态。空调继电器K1的线圈端一端与温控信号输出针脚相连。借此,本发明的新能源商务用车的空调控制系统,无需控制器便可实现制冷制热模式使能的唯一输出。
