The invention discloses a method for preventing rear-end collision of vehicles on an expressway, which comprises the following steps of: arranging ground radars on lane marking lines between expressway carriageways, arranging relays along the expressway, and respectively communicating with the ground radars and mobile terminals in the vehicles; the first ground radar sends the tail position information of the first vehicle to the relay; the relay sends the vehicle tail position information of the first vehicle to a second vehicle; according to a preset safe vehicle distance, the mobile terminal judges whether the distance between a second ground radar corresponding to the head position of the second vehicle and the first ground radar is greater than the safe vehicle distance; and if the vehicle distance is smaller than the safe vehicle distance, prompting a second vehicle driver to decelerate. The ground radars can obtain the vehicle tail position of the front vehicle and the vehicle head position of the rear vehicle in real time, and the vehicle distance between the front vehicle and the rear vehicle is determined according to the set positions of the two ground radars. According to the preset safety distance, the distance between the front vehicle and the rear vehicle is accurately controlled, and the rear-end collision risk of the vehicles on the highway is prevented.

    本申请公开了一种防止高速公路车辆追尾的方法,在高速公路行车道之间的车道标线上设置地面雷达,沿高速公路布设中继,中继分别与地面雷达和车辆内的移动终端通信;第一地面雷达将第一车辆的车尾位置信息发送给中继;中继将所述第一车辆的车尾位置信息发送给第二车辆;根据预设的安全车距,移动终端判断第二车辆车头位置对应的第二地面雷达与第一地面雷达之间的距离是否大于安全车距;如果小于所述安全车距,则提示第二车辆司机进行减速操作。地面雷达可以实时获取前车的车尾位置和后车的车头位置,根据两个地面雷达的设置位置实现对前后两车的车距进行确定。根据预设的安全距离,实现对前后车的车距进行精准控制,防止汽车在高速上发生追尾风险。
