The invention discloses a brake-by-wire system for a self-driving automobile, which comprises a liquid storage tank, a hydraulic brake force output unit and a brake execution unit, wherein the hydraulic brake force output unit is connected with the liquid storage tank and the brake execution unit; the hydraulic braking force output unit comprises a main hydraulic brake force output unit and a standby hydraulic brake force output unit and is provided with a brake mode switching assembly; the brake execution unit comprises four brakes; the standby hydraulic brake force output unit is composed of four independent sub hydraulic brake units and two hydraulic pump motors; the two brake units capable of working independently serve as backups for each other; when any unit breaks down, the brake system can still work normally. The brake-by-wire system is simple in hardware structure, only a small number of electromagnetic valves and electric hydraulic cylinders need to be controlled in the conventional brake process and the redundant standby brake process, and the control difficulty is low.

    本发明公开了一种面向自动驾驶汽车的线控制动系统,包括储液罐、液压制动力输出单元和制动执行单元,所述液压制动力输出单元连接储液罐和制动执行单元,所述液压制动力输出单元包括主液压制动力输出单元和备份液压制动力输出单元,并设置有制动模式切换组件,所述制动执行单元包括四个制动器,所述备份液压制动力输出单元由四个独立的子液压制动单元和两个液压泵电机组成,两套可独立工作的制动单元互为备份,任一单元出现故障时,制动系统仍然可以正常工作,本发明硬件结构简单,常规制动过程和冗余备份制动过程中只需控制少量电磁阀和电动液压缸,控制难度低。
