The invention provides an early warning method and system for thermal runaway of a power battery, and a vehicle. The early warning method applied to a battery management system comprises the steps that pressure signals continuously sent by a pressure sensor arranged in a power battery pack are received; when it is determined that the pressure change rate in the power battery is larger than a preset pressure change rate threshold value, the detected state information of the power battery is obtained, and whether the power battery has a thermal runaway fault is judged according to the state information; when it is determined that the power battery has the thermal runaway fault according to the state information, a fault display signal is sent to an instrument, and fault information is sent to a remote monitoring platform. According to the early warning method provided by the invention, a user can know that the thermal runaway fault of the power battery occurs at the early stage of the thermal runaway fault through the instrument and/or the remote monitoring platform, so that safety protection measures including departure from a vehicle are taken; power battery fire caused by thermal runaway faults of the power battery and even damage to users caused by fire of the whole vehicle are avoided.

    本发明提供了一种动力电池热失控的预警方法、预警系统及车辆,应用于电池管理系统的预警方法包括:接收设置于动力电池包内部的压力传感器持续发送的压力信号;当确定动力电池内部的压力变化率大于预设压力变化率阈值时,获取检测到的动力电池的状态信息,并根据状态信息判断动力电池是否发生热失控故障;当根据状态信息确定动力电池发生热失控故障时,发送故障显示信号至仪表,并发送故障信息至远程监控平台。本发明所提供的技术方案使得用户可通过仪表和/或远程监控平台在热失控故障发生的前期获知动力电池发生热失控故障,进而采取包括离车在内的安全防护措施,避免因动力电池热失控故障引起动力电池起火甚至是整车起火对用户造成损伤。
