The invention provides a processing method of a high-strength motorcycle pedal bracket. The processing method comprises the following steps of blanking, heating, free forging, heating, flattening, heating, blank making, trimming, blank repairing, heating, pre-forging, heating, finish forging, trimming, solution treatment, straightening, heat treatment, aging treatment, vibration polishing, alkali washing and acid washing and shot blasting. The motorcycle pedal bracket formed through multiple times of forging is compact in structure and high in structural strength. Alkaline water and acid water are used for corroding a part. The acid water is matched with the alkaline water, so that oxide skin and rust on the surface of the part can be more sufficiently removed, and the oxide skin and the rust are not prone to being left on the surface of the part. After solution treatment and aging treatment, the hardness of the part can reach 95 brinell hardness, the tensile strength can reach 310 MPa, and the yield strength can reach 260 MPa. The motorcycle pedal bracket is subjected to vibration polishing and shot blasting treatment after being forged and formed, so that the surface of the motorcycle pedal bracket becomes smoother.

    本发明提供了一种高强度摩托车脚蹬支架的加工方法,包括如下步骤:下料,加热,自由锻,加热,压扁,加热,制坯,切边,毛坯修理,加热,预锻,加热,终锻,切边,固溶处理,调直,热处理,时效处理,振光,碱洗酸洗,抛丸,经多次锻造形成的摩托车脚蹬支架,结构较为致密,结构强度较高。使用碱水以及酸水对零件进行腐蚀,酸水与碱水的配合能够将零件表面的氧化皮以及锈蚀物更为充分地去除,使得零件表面不易残留有氧化皮以及锈蚀物。经固溶处理以及时效处理后,零件的硬度能够达到95布氏硬度,抗拉强度能够达到310兆帕,屈服强度能够达到260兆帕。在摩托车脚蹬支架锻压成型之后经振光以及抛丸处理,使得摩托车脚蹬支架的表面变得更为光洁。
