The invention provides a rapid fire extinguishing system for battery thermal runaway of a charging and swapping station and a method. Infrared image monitoring or battery BMS temperature monitoring are carried out on the interior of a battery compartment so as to determine a battery box in a thermal runaway state; then, the battery box in the thermal runaway state is independently transferred into an independent space of a battery replacing platform by using a battery replacing robot for spraying fire extinguishing, and therefore, the battery box in the thermal runaway state can be effectively prevented from influencing other battery boxes in the normal state, large-area fire behavior in the interior of the battery compartment is prevented, the battery box in the thermal runaway state can be quickly cooled to be below a safe temperature, and then the efficiency and the reliability of battery out-of-control fire extinguishing are greatly improved.
本发明提供了充换电站电池热失控快速灭火系统和方法,其通过对电池仓内部进行红外影像监控或者电池BMS温度监控,以此确定处于热失控状态的电池箱,再利用换电机器人将处于热失控状态的电池箱单独转移到换电平台的独立空间中进行喷淋灭火,这样不仅能够有效避免处于热失控状态的电池影响其他正常状态的电池箱和防止电池仓内部发生大面积的火情,而还能够保证将处于热失控状态的电池箱快速地冷却到安全温度以下,从而大大提高电池失控灭火的效率和可靠性。
