The invention discloses an expressway vehicle rear-end collision risk estimation method. The method comprises the following steps of establishing an expressway vehicle following case database, obtaining expressway vehicle following video data by utilizing aerial photography of an unmanned aerial vehicle, and obtaining the vehicle motion state information by utilizing a YOLOv4 algorithm; carrying out denoising processing on the vehicle motion state information data, and carrying out filtering processing on the obtained vehicle motion state information data by using a Kalman filtering algorithm; establishing a safety margin index, and calculating a safety margin value of each vehicle in the queue following process at each moment based on the obtained vehicle motion state information data; a vehicle rear-end collision probability measurement model based on safety margin index attenuation being constructed, the vehicle rear-end collision probability being determined by using the safety margin value of each vehicle in the queue following process at each moment, and the highway driving safety level being evaluated. The method can be widely applied to the fields of road traffic safety, traffic management and the like.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路车辆追尾碰撞风险估计方法,建立高速公路车辆跟驰案例数据库,利用无人机航拍获得高速公路车辆跟驰视频数据,并利用YOLOv4算法获取车辆运动状态信息;对车辆运动状态信息数据进行去噪处理,利用卡尔曼滤波算法对获取的车辆运动状态信息数据进行滤波处理;建立安全裕度指标,并基于获取的车辆运动状态信息数据计算各时刻各车辆在队列跟驰过程中的安全裕度值;构建基于安全裕度指数衰减的车辆追尾概率测度模型,利用各时刻各车辆在队列跟驰过程中的安全裕度值,确定车辆发生追尾碰撞的概率大小,可实现对高速公路行车安全等级进行评估,此方法可广泛应用于道路交通安全、交通管理等领域。
