The invention discloses a novel single-degree-of-freedom foldable columnar structure. The novel single-degree-of-freedom foldable columnar structure comprises a folding unit group and connecting devices; the folding unit group comprises a plurality of folding units which are arranged along a straight line, and the connecting device is used for connecting the adjacent folding units; each folding unit comprises a regular hexagonal panel, a rotating pair with a torsional spring, a standard rotating pair and a locking device; when the folding unit is in a completely unfolded state, the folding unit is in a sphere-like shape, and the adjacent regular hexagonal panels which are not connected through the standard rotating pair or the rotating pair with the torsional spring are locked through the locking device; and the multiple folding units are connected through the connecting devices to form a columnar structure. The storage efficiency of the system is improved, design of the control system is simplified, and the precision and reliability of the system in the unfolding process are improved.

    本发明公开了一种新型单自由度可折叠柱状结构,包括折叠单元组和连接装置;折叠单元组包括多个沿直线排布的折叠单元,连接装置用于连接相邻的折叠单元;折叠单元包括正六边形面板、带扭簧的旋转副、标准旋转副和锁紧装置;当折叠单元处于完全展开状态时,折叠单元为类球体形状,未使用标准旋转副或带扭簧的旋转副连接的相邻正六边形面板通过锁紧装置锁定;多个折叠单元通过连接装置连接构成柱状结构。本发明有利于提升系统的收纳效率,简化控制系统的设计,提高系统展开过程的精度和可靠度。
