The invention discloses a buoy mechanism for marine environment monitoring. Thebuoy mechanism comprises a buoy body, four solar power generation panels are fixedly mounted at the top of the buoy body, four stand columns are fixedly mounted at the top of the buoy body, the four stand columns are symmetrically arranged in pairs, and the same transverse plate is fixedly mounted at the tops of the four stand columns. The buoy mechanism is reasonable in design and good in practicability; wind energy can be effectively converted into mechanical energy; the surfaces of the four solar power generation panels can be effectively cleaned through reciprocating up-down sliding of the four first scraping plates, so that the situation that dust, condensed salt particles and other impurities adhere to the four solar power generation panels for a long time, and consequently absorption of solar energy is affected is avoided, the working efficiency of the solar power generation panel is improved, and resources are reasonably utilized; and organisms attached to the outer wall of the buoy body can be scraped off through rotation of the second scraping plate, so that the outer wall of the buoy body is better in cleaning effect and cleaner and more thorough in cleaning, electric energy does not need to be consumed, the energy-saving effect is achieved, and the economic cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种海洋环境监测用浮标机构,包括浮标本体,所述浮标本体的顶部固定安装有四个太阳能发电板,浮标本体的顶部固定安装有四个立柱,四个立柱呈两两对称设置,四个立柱的顶部固定安装有同一个横板。本发明设计合理,实用性好,能够有效的把风能转化为机械能,利用四个第一刮板往复性上下滑动,能够对四个太阳能发电板表面进行有效的清洁,避免灰尘、凝结的盐粒等杂质长期粘附在四个太阳能发电板上而影响对太阳能的吸收,提高了太阳能发电板的工作效率,合理利用资源,而且利用第二刮板的转动可把浮标本体外壁上附着的生物刮掉,对浮标本体的外壁清洁效果更好,清洁更加干净彻底,不需消耗电能,具有节能的效果,并且减少经济成本。
