A sectional type automatic unloading truck carriage is characterized in that a plurality of feed openings are formed in the middle of the bottom of the carriage, a pair of oppositely-opened discharging doors covering each feed opening is arranged at the lower end of each feed opening, and two door plates of the discharging doors are slidably connected to sliding rails of a door-shaped support on the lower portion through sliding blocks; hinged telescopic push rods drive the door plates to slide to open or close the discharging doors, the lower ends of the multiple discharging doors are correspondingly provided with scraper type conveying chain rows, and the discharging doors are sequentially opened forwards from the rear portion of the compartment, so that segmented discharging of materials is achieved; and the discharging speed can be controlled through the rotating speed of the scraper type conveying chain rows, so that discharging amount and the discharging speed are matched with the paving speed of the paving machine; the materials do not need to be unloaded into a small tricycle through a dumper to be transferred, so that the problem that self-unloading is affected due to the fact that the upper space of the paved pavement is limited is solved, operation procedures are reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the problem that the temperature of the asphalt mixture drops too fast due to transferring can be solved, and the paving quality of the pavement is improved.
一种分段式自动卸料货车车厢,在车厢的底部中间设有多个下料口,每个下料口的下端均设有一对对开式且将其覆盖的卸料门,卸料门的两门板通过滑块滑动连接在下方门字形支架的滑轨上,通过铰接的伸缩推杆驱动门板滑动打开或关闭卸料门,多个卸料门的下端对应设有刮板式输送链排,卸料门从车厢后部向前依次开启,实现对物料的分段卸料,还能通过刮板式输送链排的转速来控制卸料速度,使卸料量、卸料速度和铺摊机的铺设速度匹配;不需要再通过自卸车将物料卸入到小的三轮车进行转运,解决了铺设路面上部空间受限影响自卸的问题,减少了作业工序,提升作业效率,同时还能解决转运导致沥青混合料温度下降过快的问题,提升路面的摊铺质量。
