A new energy electric vehicle charging pile effectively solves the problems that after a charging pile is collided, the maintenance time is long, and the maintenance cost is high. The charging pile comprises a base, a stand column is detachably fixed to the base, a pile body is fixed to the top of the stand column, a plurality of protection plates located in the periphery of the stand column are slidably arranged on the base, a plurality of first springs are arranged between the protection plates and the stand column, a plurality of sliding plates located on the outer sides of the protection plates are slidably arranged on the base, an anti-collision plate perpendicular to the sliding plate is detachably fixed to the inner side of the sliding plate, a sliding plate buffering mechanism is arranged in the base, a locking mechanism movably matched with the anti-collision plate is arranged in the sliding plate, a first push plate inserted into the base is arranged at the lower end of the locking mechanism, and a sliding plate limiting mechanism is arranged in the base and comprises a touch switch. By arranging multiple buffer mechanisms, damage caused by collision of a vehicle to the charging pile is reduced to the minimum, and disasters such as fire are avoided; and the maintenance cost can be reduced and the maintenance time can be shortened.
