The invention discloses a slidable protection device for a hydrogen fuel cell system of a hydrogen fuel passenger car. The slidable protection device comprises an anti-collision beam, a buffer, a hydrogen fuel engine mounting frame and an energy absorption box which are sequentially arranged forwards from the tail part of the car. When the car receives a small longitudinal collision acceleration, a rear car is in direct contact with the anti-collision beam, and the anti-collision beam of a first-stage protection device absorbs energy through self-deformation; when the car receives a large longitudinal collision acceleration, a part of energy is transmitted to the buffer of a secondary protection device through the anti-collision beam; when the car receives an excessive longitudinal impact acceleration, a part of energy is transmitted to a shearing bolt through the hydrogen fuel engine mounting frame, and after the shearing bolt is broken, a hydrogen fuel engine and the mounting frame integrally move longitudinally in a horizontal sliding rail, so the energy absorption box of a three-stage protection device is collapsed and deformed to absorb residual energy; and thus, the hydrogen fuel cell system is protected, and particularly, the expensive engine is protected against damage when the hydrogen fuel cell system is impacted by large longitudinal acceleration, and economic losses are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种可滑移式氢燃料客车氢燃料电池系统保护装置,包括从车尾部向前依次设置的防撞梁、缓冲器、氢燃料发动机安装框架和吸能盒;在车辆受到较小纵向碰撞加速度时,后方车辆直接与防撞梁接触,一级保护装置防撞梁通过自身变形吸收能量;在客车受到较大纵向碰撞加速度时,部分能量将通过防撞梁传至二级保护装置缓冲器量;在客车受到过大纵向冲击加速度时,一部分能量将通过氢燃料发动机安装框架传至剪切螺栓,剪切螺栓断裂后,氢燃料发动机和安装框架整体将在水平滑轨中纵向移动,使三级保护装置吸能盒发生溃缩变形,以吸收剩余能量,实现对氢燃料电池系统的保护,尤其是在受到较大纵向加速度撞击时保护昂贵的发动机不受损害,减少经济损失。
