The system is an online platform which is used for parking space searching/charging management by accurately partitioning sensors and combining a counting statistical algorithm. According to the system, wireless beacons are deployed in a block in a large range, and a plurality of rectangular positioning areas are formed. The vehicle owner identifies the ID code of the beacon through the mobile phone and sends the packaged data to the server. The background marks the positions of beacons in an electronic map in advance, and counts the number of automobiles entering a certain positioning area. Finally, which positioning area the vehicle is located is determined according to the increase or decrease of the statistical number N. According to the intelligent municipal management system, combination of a low-cost sensor and automatic data updating is achieved, a vehicle owner can find an unoccupied parking space conveniently, an intelligent management platform is provided for a municipal department, the network scale is moderate, and the automation degree is high. The platform is an excellent smart city management system.
本发明是传感器精确分区,结合计数统计算法,用于车位搜索/收费管理的在线平台。系统在街区大范围部署无线信标,形成若干个矩形的定位区,车主以手机识别信标的ID码,把打包数据发送到服务器,后台事先把信标位置标记在电子地图中,统计进入某个定位区的汽车的数量,依据统计数N的增减来确定车辆在哪个定位区。本发明实现低成本传感器与自动数据更新的结合,既方便车主找到空余车位,又为市政部门提供智能管理平台,网络规模适中,自动化程度高,是理想的智慧市政管理系统。
