The invention discloses a parking space perceptible parking conflict avoidance scheduling method and system and a storage medium.     本发明公开一种基于泊位可感知停车冲突规避调度方法、系统及存储介质,通过接收至少一个泊位请求;根据所述至少一个泊位请求,构造泊位调度目标函数:获取车辆数据与泊位数据,将所述车辆数据与泊位数据输入所述泊位调度目标函数,在约束条件下对所述泊位调度目标函数进行求解,得到泊位调度结果。这样,从需求秩序、操作空间、停泊干扰三个方面,缓解停车区附近停车冲突与拥堵问题、避免停车区成为城市道路网络的一大拥堵点,特别是在需求高峰期,该系统不仅有效规避了现有研究出现的一系列附生问题,还可以有效降低停车需求冲突、停泊车辆对其他车辆的干扰、并为停泊车辆提供舒适的停泊操作活动空间,还可以将驾驶员寻找空停车位所需的时间减少到零,该系统建立了直观有效的评价体系,可以精准地评价该系统在实践应用过程中的效益。
